Design Week Recap

ARCIFORM was pleased to showcase their work in several different ways during this year’s Design Week events.

On April 9, Principal Designer Anne De Wolf and Project Manager Joe Hoffman presented a Whole House Remodel workshop at the Architectural Heritage Center where they advised attendees on how to identify their goals, develop an aesthetic concept, and prepare for budgetary, feasibility, and code considerations.

Homeowner Kerri Hoyt-Pack graciously opened her home to visitors to admire the results of her decade-long renovation project on April 11.

But Design Week wasn’t the only event in town for Portland’s architecture and design buffs. On April 13, Portland’s Architectural Heritage Center offered their annual Old House Revival Tour, now in its 20th year. The Henry and Gonzalez residence, which has been renovated by ARCIFORM, was one of the homes featured on this tour, as was the Jacob H. Cook mansion, owned by Lyrin Murphy and Steve Day, who have been renovating the home in consultation with ARCIFORM.
