2002 URBAN LOFT REMODEL IN THE PEARL DISTRICT

Our long-time client has had ARCIFORM remodel many spaces in both his house and his loft. He loves modern architecture, design, artwork and Ann Sacks tile. He is a great inspiration to all of us at ARCIFORM.

KITCHEN

In the kitchen we were guided by the reflective surfaces of the loft. The Versatile Wood Product cabinets were painted in high gloss enamel, we poured concrete counters with exposed aggregate at the edges, installed white, glossy glass tile at the backsplash and lit it up with lights mounted to the back of the stainless steel shelves.

ORANGE BATH

The hues in this bath are a nod to our client’s love of Prada orange. A sliding mirror opens to a view across the loft and out the floor-to-ceiling windows.

RED BATH

The goal here was for guests to feel like they’d just jumped into a Cosmopolitan cocktail. Three shades of red glass tile by Ann Sacks, a custom trough sink that doubles as a counter with its perforated stainless steel lid, the sliding glass door at the shower and the quote on the door all make this space an experience to remember.

TWO CLOSETS

These closets do double duty as storage and display space for our client’s beautiful things. In this loft, everything has a purpose yet is uncompromisingly beautiful.
