ROGER MULLER

Roger has been with us since 2014. Growing up in Vero Beach, Florida, Roger’s dad was a builder and a developer. In the summer before 9th grade, Roger began helping his dad dig ditches and clean up job sites (in the brutal heat and humidity of summers in Florida). Every subsequent summer through grad-school, Roger worked in some capacity for his dad.

By the time Roger finished college he decided he’d had enough of construction. So he set off in pursuit of a different career and for ten years, ended up working in the corporate world. After a buyout by

a competitor resulting in a lay-off, he picked up remodeling work for some of his wife’s co-workers, which lead to starting his own remodeling business, which he ran for 18 years! And now, lucky for us, Roger has landed here at ARCIFORM with a wealth of experience and skill.

HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

You’ll either find me working in my yard or restoring my 1928 Dutch Colonial Revival.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?

Easy. I’m surrounded by some very talented and creative people who have the same passion and drive to turn out some incredible work.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOOD?

Mine. It’s about 35 miles south of downtown. It’s called Silverton.

Roger was the site lead on our Arciform project (Phases 1 and 2). He is the consummate craftsman: meticulous, exacting, and creative. As an example, he would call to inform me about a problem that has arisen with the project. But he would have already thought of a solution and just wanted me to give him the go ahead. Beyond his considerable skills as a craftsman, Roger is a true mensch. He’s honest to a fault, deeply caring (of his clients and his co-workers), vastly knowledgeable about the world and culture. He’s an asset to Arciform and all the clients lucky enough to have him on their projects. Congratulations Roger!
