The Woodlark Hotel Renovation

Arciform creates period-appropriate wood entry systems and dozens o wood windows for this downtown Portland hotel.

Located in the heart of downtown Portland, the  Woodlark Hotel was born in late 2018 after two historic buildings, the Cornelius Hotel and the Woodlark Building, were merged to create one gloriously grand hotel. The Cornelius hotel was built in 1908, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Bullard, the acclaimed restaurant helmed by Top Chef alumnus Doug Adams, is also housed here.

The Arciform team had the pleasure of working on this project with LCG Pence and the local firm R&A Architecture + Design. Arciform built a total of six entryway systems, 29 windows at the mezzanine level, and 25 windows at the basement clerestory level. The project took an estimated 2,600 hours of total shop time and is one of the largest projects Arciform has ever worked on.
